Your journey begins with an initial 45-minute teleconsultation, to gather crucial information for a comprehensive nutritional assessment. 

This includes:

✔ Eating, sleeping, and exercise habits

After a thorough assessment, we identify nutritional, dietary, and lifestyle factors that may be contributing to your symptoms or health conditions. Based on this, you’ll receive a personalized, evidence-based nutrition plan, designed to suit your unique requirements.
