Methodology
The initial tele consultation is for around 45 minutes where we gather information relevant for nutritional assessment like weight history, current and past medical history, family medical history, food allergies or intolerances, likes, dislikes, eating, sleeping, exercise habits, emotional ties to food and much more. After understanding and analysing this, we aim to identify nutritional, diet and lifestyle factors that could be contributing to and/or underlying the symptoms and health conditions that you are experiencing. You will then be counselled for a personalized, safe, nutritional diet plan with consultation that is evidence based, and tailored towards your individual requirements.

Trupti Kulkarni, is an SNDT, Mumbai alumnus and the proud founder of this brand. She specializes in Diabetes Management, Lifestyle Disorders and Women's health.
Her clientele includes students, families, working professionals and NRIs. She believes that the holistic health and healing of an individual can easily be achieved through simple yet effective diet and lifestyle modifications. She is an advocate for mental health awareness, mindfulness and working towards long term solutions.
